Your Therapist​

Lisa is a clinical therapist with a Master's Degree in Holisitc Counselling and Psychotherapy; specialising in Process Work and Process Oriented Psychology. She is offering dynamic and holistic personal therapy, counselling and psychotherapy sessions online (worldwide), or in-person (currently in Gold Coast, Australia).

Lisa also has 15 years of experience in group facilitation and training in holisitc therapies including breathwork, Taoist practices, art therapies, somatics, dance therapy and clinical Heart Math.

My Approach

​

I have deep commitment to client-centred practice, grounded in presence, care, and curiosity; drawing on trauma-informed Process-Oriented Psychology, somatic awareness, and biographical insight to support meaningful change.

I came to this work through my own healing journey, and hold a deep respect for each individual’s innate wisdom and capacity for transformation. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients are invited to explore the deeper patterns of their experience with compassion and authenticity.

No two sessions are the same. I understand that some people need to be supported in coping with their current situation, while others are wanting to explore their pasts to identify reacurring patterns and blockages. 

Everything is welcomed, and all clients will be supported exaclty where they are, without pressure, and without judgment. My work is client led, client focused and approached with respect to what the client needs for their indivudual cirsumstances.

What is Process Work?

​

Process Work, or Process-Oriented Psychology is a holisitc and experiential approach that helps you notice and work with the subtle signals, dreams, bodily sensations, repeated thoughts or relationship patterns that point to deeper change. Instead of simply “fixing” symptoms, we explore what those experiences are trying to say, using movement, imagery, dialogue and practical exercises so you can understand stuck parts of yourself, resolve inner conflict, and make lasting shifts in how you feel and relate. It’s creative, client-led, and practical; great if you want therapy that builds self-awareness, meaning and real-life change.

Walking Therapy or Nature Therapy

​

I love offering outdoor therapy - also called nature therapy or walking therapy. This is done in person, currently on the Gold Coast Queensland Australia. This offers an opportunity to use the nature around us to unfold your process. Be fully supported by nature and breath in fresh air as we let go of the old and shift frequency. Sometimes moving, walking or just sitting and being outdoors can support emotional shifts more than being in an enclosed room.

Exploring the Psyche

How deep do you want to go? How real do you want to talk? Do you want deep revelations about your psyche? Do you want to move forth without the old baggage keeping you in default survival patterns?
