Hi, I'm Lisa Rose (MPsychTh), a heart-centred clinical therapist, offering Process Oriented Psychology and Holistic Psychotherapy.

​

I  have 15 years of experience in holistic therapies and group facilitation,  specialising in Process Work, Clinical Heart-Math, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Mental Health Counselling and Movement Therapy. My passion is supporting meaningful and lasting transformation in people's lives.

Online sessions via video call are available worldwide.

 

In-person therapy sessions, nature therapy and home visits are currently available in Gold Coast, Byron Shire and Northern Rivers Australia. I look forward to supporting your journey.

I am deeply committed to client-centred practice, grounded in presence, care, and curiosity; drawing on trauma-informed Process-Oriented Psychology, somatic awareness, and biographical insight to support meaningful change.

I came to this work through my own healing journey, and hold a deep respect for each individual’s innate wisdom and capacity for transformation. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space, where clients are invited to explore the deeper patterns of their experience with compassion and authenticity.

 

No two sessions are the same. The beauty of being a holistic therapist means I can support clients in many ways, depending on their individual circumstances. One size does not fit all.  My work is client-led, client-focused, and approached with the utmost respect for individuality.
